When you hydrate your body with water you replace the water that you lose each through things like sweating, urination, and breathing.

The truth is most women don’t get the amount of water needed to stay hydrated and healthy. When you don’t drink enough water to replace the water your body loses, you can become dehydrated.
When you become dehydrated your body starts to suffer which can not only impact both the way you feel and the way you look. A lack of staying hydrated with water can cause you to feel irritable and tired. It can weaken your immune system causing you to get sick faster and stay sick longer.

Not drinking enough water can severely impact your appearance because your skin needs hydration. Your skin can easily become dry and dull without adequate water. This can lead to dry and itchy skin that peels and flakes.

Not staying hydrated with water can also cause you to have dry cracked lips. A lack of daily water intake may also lead to damaged hair and dull eyes. It can also lead to wrinkles causing you to look older than you are.

Water is a necessary element in helping you curb hunger by enabling you to feel fuller throughout the day. This means that a lack of water can cause you to overeat which a key factor of weight gain.

Now there is right or wrong amount of water that you need to consume daily. This is because every woman is different.

The amount of water you need to keep your body looking and feeling healthy may differ from your sister.
 
The rule of thumb is simple, you just need to make sure that you drink enough water so that you don’t feel thirsty. When you feel thirsty your body is telling you that it needs water asap.

So, if you want to look your absolute best and feel your absolute best make sure that you stay hydrated.
